After, we suggest a meal in Bailey's Hotel Cellar Bar on the main street. If you are happy to stretch the budget a little more you could try, Chez Hans, a restaurant in a stunning church setting.

Zuni is a lovely restaurant for a date. Make sure to try their famous melting chocolate bomb desert.
If you want to go that extra mile Campagne is Michelin Star.
For cosy drinks the Dylan Whiskey Bar is recommended.
If you’re making a weeknd of it, we like the Rivercourt which over looks the Kilkenny Castle.
To top it off, you can’t beat a walk in the grounds of the castle to shake off any cobwebs from the night before.
